Thank you so much Cinnamon Orchard for your gift of very fine organic heirloom squash and pumpkin, with such delightful names asPink Banana, Sweet Keeper, Butternut, Melonette Jaspée de Vendée, Jarrahdale Pumpkin, and Brodé Galeux d’Eysines.
They have been made into fabulous dishes at OOTC, including: Moroccan Pumpkin Soup; Basil, Ricotta, Walnut, Pumpkin and Spinach Lasagne; and Chili-Orange -Honey Glazed Mexican Pumpkin.
We are very thankful for this extremely generous gift that lasted so long and was so often the centre of a nutritious, delicious and hearty meal.
